Fermentation and ripening of ayran, our national drink, is done in tanks. The ripened ayran is cooled and then filled in cups hands-free by fully automatic machines ready to cool you down.

Following the packaging process, our products are put into the cold storage and are approved by our quality department after final checks in order to be transferred.

Protecting the cold chain, we distribute our products in every corner of Turkey by our fleet’s refrigerated trucks in order to bring them together with our valued consumers.
